Please Read Carefully

Once you have been notified that your case has been accepted into the program, you must return all required documentation demonstrating you have successfully completed all of the program terms (including payment of total fees) to the Atlanta Municipal Court Clerk's Office-Solicitor's PTIT Program. You can scan the documents to PTIT@AtlantaGA.gov or mail them to the address below by the compliance date noted below. Failure to comply with the program requirements by your compliance date may result in the removal of your case from the program; and you must appear before the court to handle your case. Once all requirements have been met your case will be dismissed and you are not required to appear in court . If you have not successfully completed the requirements outlined in your agreement by the compliance date, you must appear before a judge and prosecution of your case may resume. If at any time you are required to appear in court and you fail to do so, a failure to appear penalty and warrant may be issued by the judge and your driver's license may be subject to suspension by the Department of Driver's Services.

In order to successfully complete this program you must abide by all terms and conditions set out in this agreement by the compliance date indicated.  Upon successful completion of this program your charges will be dismissed in lieu of prosecution.

PTIT participation fees may be paid at www.AtlantaGA.gov/PTITPayment, or made in person, or by mail. Partial payments are not accepted. We take no responsibility for mail delivery services.

Payments made with certified check or money order should be made payable to Atlanta Municipal Court Clerk-PTIT Program. PERSONAL AND BUSINESS CHECKS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.

DO NOT MAKE PAYMENTS VIA TELEPHONE OR VIA PAY MY CITATION- IT WILL RESULT IN A GUILTY DISPOSITION ON YOUR CASE WHICH MAY RESULT IN POINTS BEING ASSESSED ON YOUR LICENSE AND/OR OTHER ADMINISTRATIVE ACTIONS BY THE DEPARTMENT OF DRIVER SERVICES.
